By far the worst hotel i ever stayed. Completely unorganized, rude and arrogant staff, they hardly speak English, none of them speak German (in Berlin!) and they have no problem at all to insult their guests. Rooms were dirty, you need to ask to be cleaned. At the reception they asked me to move to another room the last two days because they said that they needed the room for a new arrival. When i asked why they don't give to the new arrival the other room so i could keep mine, they were looking to each other really surprised that they could do the obvious. If the Owner reads the reviews, i have one and only advice for him...change your Staff today...The breakfast is poor. The location extremely poor.

Keep away from this hotel. After conformatin of our booking by email and taking deposit twice from my credit card, they refused to accommodate us. They told us they were overbooked and don’t have free room. Also they said that there is no booking of my name even I booked a month ago and had confirmation. It was at midnight and we couldn’t find any available room in other hotels so we slept on the street…

The hotel is conveniently located in an interesting area of the city. Check in was smooth but rather impersonal. The lift wasn’t working but I guess that can happen. Parking on street is free, it doesn’t make sense to book the car park that belongs to the hotel. Room was fine and adequate, nice bathroom.

I was due to stay 17-19 June with my 11 month old and was unable to fly due to my son having an ear infection. I have tried to contact this hotel 4 times to enquire about rescheduling my stay, twice by email, once by phone and once on their website's contact page. I have no received any response despite being told to "be patient" on the phone. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service given I had already paid for my stay.
